Wheel Blasting is an airless blast operation that uses high speed centrifugal force to propel metallic abrasive against manufactured parts. Wheels spinning at 3600 RPM create a high velocity, high efficiency blasting operations with quick cycle times. The advantages of wheel blasting over air blasting are the speeds of cleaning and the ability to efficiently blast large components at lower costs. HydroPulse Equipment is used for high production hot water washing, degreasing and aqueous cleaning in the rebuilding and remanufacturing of parts, components and assemblies.
